The rules of the platform.

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on any GetBlackBiz form, you authorize GetBlackBiz (operated by Spinel Inc.) to send recurring text (SMS) messages to that number for the service-related purposes described in our Privacy Policy — specifically: one-time password (OTP) verification, lead alerts for business owners, and order/transaction confirmations.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical volume ranges from 1 to 10 messages per week per active user. We will not exceed a reasonable volume for the transactional purposes described.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent or received. GetBlackBiz does not charge for SMS and cannot reimburse carrier fees.

Carrier coverage. Messaging is supported across major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in. You opt in by (a) entering your mobile number on a GetBlackBiz form and (b) affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox next to that field. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected, and SMS consent is never a condition of account creation, listing a business, or purchasing a subscription.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any GetBlackBiz message at any time to unsubscribe from non-critical SMS. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out.

Changes. GetBlackBiz may modify or discontinue SMS features at any time with notice posted on this page. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the change.
